Using the practices of mindfulness, positive psychology and transformative discussion - Lauren’s approach has led attendees to deep reflection & transformation.

My experience with Lauren has been really great. It was a new journey to learning about myself. I knew Lauren in the dance community, but when she started one-on-one sessions, I hopped on the opportunity because I wanted to be a better dancer. Over the past three private sessions I had with her, she was very welcoming giving me a safe space to fully express myself and my emotions about dance and its relation to my life. Also she’s very accommodating to my busy schedule, which is awesome! She never rushes you within a session, I know a lot of other people do that. Overall, I will continue to grow with her and will continue to work with her in my growth as an individual.
